Shipping Policy: Original Artworks

Every original piece is carefully packed by hand before it leaves my studio. Each artwork is protected with acid-free materials and sturdy packaging, so it reaches you in perfect condition. Your piece will arrive with its Certificate of Authenticity and a personal letter from me.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped within [3-5] working days.

Delivery: All originals are sent with a tracked and insured service, worldwide. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way. Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: [2-5] working days

• Europe: [5-10] working days

• Rest of the world: [7-15] working days

Shipping costs:  Calculated at checkout depending on size and destination

Customs and taxes: For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. I will always declare the correct value of the artwork.

Damage in transit: If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the artwork and the packaging, and I will take care of it.
